Corn, Hay & Straw Merchant’s Depot - OO scale
A post-war issue circa
1950’s, Merchant’s Depot of wooden construction comprising a brown wooden
planked main building with eight wire mesh windows, side door and
double-pitched red roof. The yellow metal sign reads ‘PADDY MURPHY CORN, HAY
& STRAW MERCHANT’.
Attached to the main building is a raised annexe with two wire mesh windows and grey sloping roof, all mounted on a wooden baseboard.
To the other side is a covered railway loading and unloading bay with grey platform and sloping roof. The overall measurement is approximately 12 x 8 inches.
